A special massage is based on the Ayurveda healing system are used to release tension in the shoulders, neck, scalp and face working with a mixture of slow kneading movements and quick stimulating movements. The brain cells need 10 times more nutrients than any other cell in the body so this method of treatments brings fresh blood and oxygen to the right areas.
When to have an Indian head massage?
If you are feeling particularly stressed, have neck tension or headaches, find yourself frowning, suffer from sinusitis or migraine, having difficulty concentrating or feeling fatigue
What should I expect during my treatment ?
You will start by sitting in a massage chair but may lie on the couch at the end during the face massage. Parts of the treatment can be used with other treatments and can be performed with or without oils, over skin or light clothing.
A New Client session includes a consultation and a treatment £50 (60 mins)
£45 (45 mins) for follow up sessions and monthly treatments
What combines well with this treatment?
