40 years as a therapist has shown me some clients improve with physical only treatments while others do not.

Improvements should last longer with each treatment. If not we are treating a compensation, not the cause.

Systematic Kinesiology takes out all the guesswork.

Your body has its own language. It constantly talks to you. However, most of us don't listen or take action!

The Kinesiology approach is to balance all of these 4 elements:

Biochemical, Electrical, Emotional, Structural (Known as The BEES)

These are interlinked and when one is out of balance they are all affected. So, Kinesiology sessions aim to balance all 4 elements to help you keep well

Biochemical – may include the foods and drinks you consume, your nutrient balance and how your body digests, absorbs, and uses those elements.

Electrical – from nerve impulses and hormonal messages to subtle sensory energies your body picks up on from both inside and outside your body

Emotional – how your body deals with triggers, stressors, the strains of life, and how you can help it by building resilience to stress

Structural – making physical adjustments and working towards an efficient lymphatic system, muscular and facia system for a more efficient body

Before a kinesiology session

Kinesiology is a complementary therapy meaning that it is safe to use alongside medication and/or treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional. It is not an alternative to medical intervention. If you have an existing health issue for which you are currently undergoing treatment please check with me at the time of booking. In some cases it may be important for you to inform your doctor.
It is always useful to bring along supplements you are taking, a list of any medication and food you think may be causing bloating, tiredness, skin complains, anxiety or aches and pains.
(Foods can be frozen until the time of your treatment but must be wrapped in plastic, paper or glass not metal for testing).

What happens in a treatment?

Systematic Kinesiology is the ultimate Holistic therapy treating the whole person. It is gentle and non-invasive.
The treatment involves lying fully-clothed on a therapy couch. A series of muscle response tests are used, addressing each relevant issue. The muscle response test is a Kinesiologist’s basic tool to access a biofeedback mechanism to gain information. It is not testing strength but whether a muscle has all it needs to fire up. In Systematic Kinesiology we look at a variety of muscles or use one as an indicator to test with.

Aftercare and Frequency

Everyone is different. 2 – 6 treatments are often necessary to start.  Unraveling the layers can take time and your body will have its own agenda. You may need to make some lifestyle changes to help to speed up and maintain the treatment effects.

All advice will be explained to you thoroughly. Advice is given with honesty and sincerity, but you ultimately have responsibility and choice over your own health and well-being. You will also be referred on when required best for you. Any supplements tested are specific to you. If you buy a different formula, you may not get the same results. Given this I always check those you are currently taking and foods to eat first.

A New Client session includes a full consultation and treatment £75 (90 mins)

£55 (60 mins) for follow up sessions and monthly treatments

All nutrition advice is usually given with food in mind first. For this you may need to either cut down or cut out some foods or increase others to feel and function better.

In some cases, it may be necessary to boost certain nutrients by taking supplements. You will be tested to see exactly which ones will work for you. These are charged separately and send directly to you.
